Intake Air System Components - Exploded View
2.0L Gasoline Turbocharged Direct Injection (GTDI) Air Cleaner (ACL) Assembly
NOTICE: Fully seat the Air Cleaner (ACL) element into the ACL (Air Cleaner) housing. Failure to do so will result in unusual engine noise.
NOTE: Disconnect the fuel vapor tube and the crankcase ventilation hose quick connect couplings.
NOTE: Securely seal the ACL (Air Cleaner) outlet pipe and the turbocharger pipes to prevent unmetered air from entering the engine.
2.0L Gasoline Turbocharged Direct Injection (GTDI) Charge Air Cooler (CAC) Inlet Tubes
NOTE: Disconnect and position aside the EVAP (Evaporative Emission) cannister purge valve vapor hose from the purge valve.
NOTE: Securely seal the Charge Air Cooler (CAC) tubes-to-turbocharger to prevent unmetered air from entering the engine or pressurized air from escaping.
2.0L Gasoline Turbocharged Direct Injection (GTDI) Charge Air Cooler (CAC) Outlet Tubes
NOTE: Securely seal the Charge Air Cooler (CAC) tubes-to-Throttle Body (TB) to prevent unmetered air from entering the engine or pressurized air from escaping.
NOTE: Disconnect the fuel vapor tube quick connect coupling.
3.5L/3.7L Air Cleaner (ACL) Assembly
NOTE: Securely seal the ACL (Air Cleaner) outlet pipe to prevent unmetered air from entering the engine.
NOTE: Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose quick connect coupling.
