Removal and Installation

1. Remove the Charge Air Cooler (CAC) -to-TB (Throttle Body) pipe.

2. To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in) in the sequence shown.





3. Remove and discard the TB (Throttle Body) gasket.





4. NOTE: Make sure that a new TB (Throttle Body) gasket is installed.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
