Air Cleaner Outlet Pipe

Removal and Installation

1. Disconnect the crankcase vent tube from the Air Cleaner (ACL) outlet pipe.

2. If equipped, disconnect the vacuum tube from the ACL (Air Cleaner) outlet pipe.

3. Disconnect the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor electrical connector and the wiring harness retainer.

4. Loosen the 2 clamps and remove the ACL (Air Cleaner) outlet pipe.
- To install, tighten to 4 Nm (35 lb-in).


5. NOTE: The ACL (Air Cleaner) outlet pipe should be securely sealed to prevent unmetered air from entering the engine.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
