Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor













Removal and Installation

1. Disconnect the Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor electrical connector.

2. Remove the bolt and the CMP (Camshaft Position) sensor.
- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).

- Inspect the O-ring seal and install new as necessary.


3. NOTE: Lubricate the CMP (Camshaft Position) sensor O-ring seal with clean engine oil.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
