Seat Backrest Cover - Rear, SuperCab

Removal and Installation

NOTE: For parts identification and location, refer to Seat - Exploded View, Rear, SuperCab Seat - Exploded View, Rear, SuperCab.

1. Remove the rear seat backrest. For additional information, refer to Seat- Rear, SuperCab Seat - Rear, SuperCab.

2. Push the release buttons and remove the 3 head restraints.

3. Remove and discard the 6 head restraint guide sleeves. For additional information, refer to Head Restraint Guide Sleeve Head Restraint Guide Sleeve.
- To install, install 6 new head restraint guide sleeves.


4. Release all the backrest cover J-clips and retainer strips.





5. NOTICE: Use care when separating the backrest cover from the hook-and-loop strip, or the hook-and-loop strip can be torn from the foam pad.
Invert the backrest cover and separate the hook-and-loop strips.






6. Remove the hog rings and backrest cover.
- If required, remove the hog rings from the backrest frame and separate from the foam pad.






7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
