Removal

1. Remove the Air Cleaner (ACL) outlet pipe.

2. Disconnect the Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) electrical connector.

3. Remove the 4 bolts and the Throttle Body (TB)
- Discard the gasket.


Installation

1. Using a new gasket, position the TB (Throttle Body) and install the 4 bolts loosely.

2. While holding the TB (Throttle Body) in the most upward position tighten the 4 bolts in 2 stages.
- Stage 1: Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).

- Stage 2: Tighten an additional 45 degrees.


3. Connect the ETC (Electronic Throttle Control) electrical connector.

4. Install the ACL (Air Cleaner) outlet pipe.
