Order your parts requirements through normal order processing channels.

Refer to the "Part Requirements" column in the Labor Allowance table above to determine which parts to order.

NOTE:
Approximately 5% of affected vehicles are expected to require NOx Sensor replacement.

NOTE:
Approximately 2% of affected vehicles are expected to require Turbocharger replacement.

PARTS RETENTION AND RETURN

Follow the provisions of the Warranty and Policy Manual for "Parts Retention and Return Procedures."

NOTE:
All Turbochargers will be requested to be returned to the Warranty Parts Analysis Center.

EXCESS STOCK RETURN

Excess stock returned for credit must have been purchased from Ford Customer Service Division in accordance with Policy Procedure Bulletin 4000.
