Camshaft Gear/Sprocket: Specifications

NOTE: Use a suitable tool in the top camshaft gear hole to prevent the camshaft from turning. Make sure the suitable tool is secured against the cylinder block prior to tightening the camshaft bolt.

Install the camshaft gear and bolt. Tighten in 2 stages:
Stage 1: Tighten to 20 Nm (177 lb-in).
Stage 2: Tighten an additional 50 degrees.
