Distribution Duct - Installation






INSTALLATION





1. Position the rear roof duct (4) and install the retaining screws (3). Tighten the screws to 3 Nm (26 in. lbs.).
2. Position the front roof duct (1) and install the retaining screws (2). Tighten the screws to 3 Nm (26 in. lbs.).





3. Install the rear evaporator trim panel (10) and retaining screws (6). Tighten the screws to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.).
4. Install the air intake grille (5) onto the rear evaporator trim panel. Make sure the retaining tabs are fully engaged to the trim panel.
5. Install the front, center and rear roof duct trim panels (2, 9 and 8) and retaining screws (4 and 7). Tighten the screws to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.).
6. Install the dome lamps (3).
7. Install the air outlets (1) .
8. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
