Without Scan Tool

1. For 10 seconds, disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
3. For 5 seconds, turn the engine On leaving the engine off.
4. For 10 seconds, turn the ignition OFF.
5. Start the engine.
6. Check for proper operation.
