SUBJECT: HUBCAP DISTORTION


MODELS: 1985-1987 M VANS AND 1982-1987 S TRUCKS
Center hubcaps on the above models may become distorted due to sunlight being concentrated on the cap by the wheel trim ring. If this condition occurs, it can be repaired by installing a new design trim ring, P/N 15602624, on all four wheels. Center hubcaps affected by this condition should also be replaced at this time.
The new trim ring was incorporated in production on M vans beginning with the following VIN breakpoints:
