Air Inlet Assembly Replacement

Air Inlet Grille Panel Removal:




Air Inlet Screen Removal:




Plenum Air Inlet Valve Assembly Replacement:







REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

1. Windshield wiper arms.

2. Air inlet grille panel (250).

3. Air inlet screen (253).

4. Valve assembly (200).

5. Actuator (4) from the link (261).


INSTALL OR CONNECT

1. Actuator (4) to the link (261).

- Tighten bolt (262) to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.).


2. Valve assembly (200) to the vehicle.

- Tighten bolt (260) to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.).


3. Air inlet screen (253).

4. Air inlet grille screen (250).

Tighten

- Interior bolts (251) to 2 Nm (18 in. lbs.).

- Corner bolts (252) to 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.).
