Automatic Transmission

REMOVAL
1. Apply the parking brake.
2. Raise the vehicle and support it with suitable safety stands.
3. Remove harness connector.
4. Remove screw.
5. Remove speed sensor.
- Have a suitable container to catch fluid.
6. Remove O-ring seal.
- Inspect all parts for wear or damage

INSTALLATION
1. Install new O-ring seal.
- Coat the seal with a thin film of transmission fluid.
2. Install Speed Sensor.
- Rotate the cover into place.
3. Install screw.
- Torque to 11 Nm (8 lbs ft).
4. Install harness connector.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Release the parking brake.
5. Add transmission fluid if needed.
