Disassemble
1. Position control valve assembly as shown in the figure on a clean surface.
2. Remove valve trains. Some valves are under pressure, cover bores when removing roil pins to avoid personal injury. Remove blind hole roll pins with a modified drill bit.
3. Lay out valves, springs and bushings on a clean surface.
4. Clean all components in clean solvent, then dry using compressed air.
