Torque Specifications

CYLINDER HEAD BOLT TORQUE

Cylinder head tightening sequence:

In the sequence shown (refer to image):

1. First Pass Torque all bolts to 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.)
2. Torque Short Bolts (3, 4, 7, 8, 11, 12, 15, 16) an additional 55°
3. Torque Medium Bolts (14, 17) an additional 65°
4. Torque Long Bolts (1, 2, 5, 6, 9, 10, 13) an additional 75°
