Keyless Entry Transmitter Battery: Service and Repair

Opening Transmitter Case:

Transmitter Battery Replacement:

Under normal use, the battery in the transmitter should last about two years. For battery replacement, use a Panasonic� 3 volt, type CR2032, or equivalent.


REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Open the transmitter case.
^ Insert a dime between the two halves of the transmitter near the key ring hole and twist.
2. Battery.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Battery.
^ Install the battery with the (+) positive side down.
2. Close transmitter case.
^ Align and snap together the top and bottom covers.
^ Check the operation of the transmitter.
