Recirculation Door Replacement

RECIRCULATION DOOR REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the instrument panel.




2. Remove the recirculation door bolts.
3. Remove the recirculation actuator vacuum connector.
4. Remove the nuts that retain the recirculation actuator.
5. Remove the recirculation actuator from the recirculation door.
6. Remove the recirculation door assembly from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the recirculation door assembly to the vehicle.
2. Install the recirculation door assembly bolts.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 4 N.m (35 lb in).

3. Install the nuts that retain the recirculation actuator.

Tighten
Tighten the nuts to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

4. Install the recirculation actuator vacuum connector.
5. Install the instrument panel.
