System Specifications

Crankshaft Balancer Bolt
Installation Pass 330 Nm (240 ft. lbs.)
(To Ensure the Balancer is Completely Installed)

First Pass 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.)
(Install a NEW Bolt After the Installation Pass and Tighten as Described in the First and Final Passes)

Final Pass 140 degrees

Engine Front Cover Bolts 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)

Front Cover Alignment
At Oil Pan Surface 0.0 - 0.5 mm (0.0 - 0.02 inch)

Rear Cover Alignment
At Oil Pan Surface 0.0 - 0.5 mm (0.0 - 0.02 inch)

Engine Front Cover Bolts 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)
