Coolant Tank Hose - Starter/Generator Control Module Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Reposition the Starter/Generator Control Module (SGCM) coolant tank hose clamp (2) from the SGCM coolant tank (3).
2. Remove the SGCM coolant tank hose (1) from the SGCM coolant tank (3).
3. Reposition the SGCM coolant tank hose clamp (4) from the SGCM (5).
4. Remove the SGCM coolant tank hose (1) from the SGCM (5).

Installation Procedure





1. Install the SGCM coolant tank hose (1) to the SGCM (5).
2. Position the SGCM coolant tank hose clamp (4) to the SGCM (5).
3. Install the SGCM coolant tank hose (1) to the SGCM coolant tank (3).
4. Position the SGCM coolant tank hose clamp (2) to the SGCM coolant tank (3).

5. Notice: The procedure below must be followed. Improper coolant level could result in a low or high coolant level condition, causing starter/generator control module damage.

Top off the SGCM cooling system.
