Sunroof Module Assembly Replacement
SUNROOF MODULE ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENTREMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the sunroof window.
2. Remove the sunroof finishing lace.
3. Remove the headliner.
4. Remove the sunshade.
5. Remove the drain hoses.
6. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
7. Remove the 9 bolts retaining sunroof module.
8. Remove the module from vehicle.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the module to the vehicle.
2. Loosely install the 9 bolts retaining the module to the roof.Use a drill bit to align the 2 holes A and B.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Tighten the 9 bolts in the sequence shown to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
3. Connect the electrical connectors.
4. Install the drain hoses.
5. Install the sunshade.
6. Install the headliner.
7. Install the finishing lace.
8. Install the sunroof window.
9. Synchronize the sunroof motor if necessary. Refer to Sunroof Motor/Actuator Synchronization.
