Floor Shift Control Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the shift lever handle and boot.
2. Remove the center console assembly.
3. Disconnect the range selector cable from the shift control assembly.





4. Remove the nuts securing the shift controller to the floor panel.
5. Remove the shift control assembly from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the shift control assembly to the vehicle.

2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Install the nuts securing the shift control assembly to the floor panel.
^ Tighten the nuts to 25 Nm (18 inch lbs.).
3. Install the range selector cable to the shift control assembly.





4. Install the center console assembly.
5. Install the shift lever handle and boot.
