Air Cleaner Housing: Service and Repair

AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the air cleaner element.
2. Remove the air cleaner lower housing screws (1).




3. Remove the air cleaner lower housing.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Position the air cleaner lower housing to the side rail.





2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice.

Install the air cleaner lower housing screws (1).

Tighten the screws to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

3. Install the air cleaner element.
