Camshaft Position Sensor Replacement - Bank 2 (Left Side) Intake

CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR REPLACEMENT - BANK 2 (LEFT SIDE) INTAKE

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the engine mount strut bracket.
2. Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (8) from the bank 2 intake camshaft position (CMP) sensor (7).




3. Remove the CMP sensor bolt and sensor (3).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE





1. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice.

Install the CMP sensor (3) and bolt.

Tighten the bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).




2. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (8) to the bank 2 intake CMP sensor (7).
3. Install the engine mount strut bracket.
