Air Conditioning Compressor Bracket Replacement (Non-HP2)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the A/C compressor. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Replacement (LU3) Removal and ReplacementAir Conditioning Compressor Replacement (LGH, LML) Removal and ReplacementAir Conditioning Compressor Replacement (LZ1, L20, LC9, L9H, L92, LMG) Removal and Replacement.
2. Remove the A/C belt tensioner bolts.
3. Remove the A/C belt tensioner.




4. Remove the A/C compressor bracket mounting bolts.
5. Remove the A/C compressor bracket.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the A/C compressor bracket.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

2. Install the A/C compressor bracket mounting bolts and tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).
3. Install the A/C belt tensioner.
4. Install the A/C belt tensioner bolts and tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).
5. Install the A/C compressor. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Replacement (LU3) Removal and ReplacementAir Conditioning Compressor Replacement (LGH, LML) Removal and ReplacementAir Conditioning Compressor Replacement (LZ1, L20, LC9, L9H, L92, LMG) Removal and Replacement.
