Service Procedure






1. Preassemble hose assembly as shown in diagram on page 3. Be sure to align arrow marks on hoses during assembly.

NOTICE: Do not install protectors (items 4, 5 & 6 in diagram) at this time. Install them only after installing hose assembly to car.


2. Turn off engine and apply parking brake fully.


3. Using pliers and a screwdriver, remove breather hose originally installed on car.





4. Place PCV protector as illustrated below.


5. Install preassembled new breather hoses to car.


6. Fit clamps.


7. Remove clear film from inside of protectors to expose self adhesive surface.





8. Place each hose protector as illustrated below and fit securely.


9. Install Campaign Identification Label.
