Catalytic Converter: Service and Repair
Catalytic Converter:
1.
Raise and safely support vehicle.
2.
Remove eight converter attachment bolts (4 at each end) and remove converter.
3.
Install new converter and tighten bolts to 43 N-m (32 ft.lb.).
4.
Lower vehicle, run engine and check for exhaust leaks.
