Troubleshooting Hints
1.
Check Fuses C-11, C-21, E-2 and Fusible Link FL-2 with a fuse tester.
2.
Check that the A/C Compress Relay, A/C Thermo Relay, Heater and
A/C Relay, (Neutral) Relay, and Restart Relay are securely mounted in the FUSE AND RELAY BOX or the RELAY BOX.
3.
Check that the A/C system is properly charged.
