EGR Control Solenoid: Service and Repair

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

1. Electrical connector.
2. Vacuum hoses (2) from VSV.
3. Two fasteners hold VSV to intake manifold.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

1. VSV to intake manifold with two fasteners.
2. Tighten securely.
3. Vacuum hose to VSV.
4. Electrical connector.
