Radiator: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Drain cooling system.
3. Remove upper, lower, and overflow hoses from radiator.
4. Disconnect cooling fan electrical connector.
5. On models with automatic transaxle, disconnect transaxle cooling lines from bottom of radiator.
6. On all models, remove upper radiator/fan mounting bolts, then remove radiator/fan assembly from vehicle.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
