Ignition Coil: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
- Remove negative battery cable.
- Remove secondary (coil) wire from ignition coil.
- Remove coil electrical connector.
- Remove two bolts, ignition coil and coil bracket.
- Remove two screws and ignition coil from coil bracket.


INSTALLATION
- Install ignition coil to coil bracket
- Install ignition coil and coil bracket; secure with two bolts.
- Tighten coil mounting bolts to 15 Nm (11 ft lb).
- Install coil electrical connector.
- Install secondary (coil) wire to ignition coil.
- Install negative battery cable.
