1.
Disconnect battery ground cable.
2.
Remove steering wheel cover and steering wheel.
3.
Remove instrument lower finish panel, air duct and column lower cover.
4.
Disconnect electrical connector from ignition/
turn signal switch,

Remove
combination switch assembly with steering column upper cover.
6.
Reverse procedure to install.
