Catalytic Converter: Service and Repair
Exhaust System:
1.
Raise and safely support vehicle.
2.
Remove two nuts and two bolts from front pipe to converter connection.
3.
Remove two nuts and two bolts from intermediate pipe to converter connection.
4.
Remove the converter and two seals from vehicle.
5.
Install new converter and tighten bolts to 32 ft.lb. (43 Nm).
6.
Lower vehicle, run engine and check for exhaust leaks.
