Starter Motor: Service and Repair
Fig. 2 Starter Motor Installation:
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable.
2.
Disconnect electrical connectors from
starter motor,
Fig. 2 .
3.
Remove
starter motor retaining bolts.
4.
Remove
starter motor.
5.
Reverse procedure to install. Torque retaining bolts to 31 ft. lbs.
