Clutch: Service and Repair

Removal

1. Remove transaxle assembly from vehicle. Service and Repair
2. Loosen each clutch cover bolt one turn at a time until spring tension is released.
3. Remove clutch cover and disc.

Installation

1. Install clutch disc and clutch cover together.
2. Install clutch cover bolts finger tight.
- Center clutch disc using the J35757 clutch alignment arbor. Torque clutch cover bolts to 19 Nm (14 ft. lbs.)
3. Install transaxle.
