SYSTEM INSPECTION
Refer to Fig. 17 for complete system diagnosis.

Fig. 18 Rear Wiper Switch Connections.:

SWITCH TEST
Using a digital multimeter, perform continuity tests in Fig. 18. If the continuity is not as specified, replace switch.

Fig. 19 Rear Wiper Motor Connections.:

MOTOR TEST
1. Connect battery positive lead to terminal 2, Fig. 19 .
2. Connect battery negative lead to wiper motor body.
3. If wiper motor does not operate, replace motor.

Fig. 20 Rear Wiper "Park" Connections.:

PARK POSITION INSPECTION
1. Connect battery positive lead to terminal 1, then install jumper between terminals 2 and 3, Fig. 20.
2. Connect battery negative lead to wiper motor body.
3. If operation does not end in the Park position, replace wiper motor.
