1.
With ignition switch in the On position, check voltage between terminal 17 of control unit connector and ground,

If voltage is with 10-14 volts, voltage is satisfactory, replace bulb.
3.
If voltage is not 10-14 volts, check lead wires, connectors and fuses, repair or replace as necessary.
