Refer to Figs. 27 & 29 parts 1 & 2 for troubleshooting and diagnosing A/C condenser fan. Before diagnosing A/C condenser fan, check the following:
1. Check heater fuse and A/C fuse with a fuse tester.
2. Ensure A/C fusible link is not damaged or open.
3. Ensure ground located in right rear engine compartment near battery and ground behind righthand side of instrument panel near blower assembly are clean and tight.
4. Ensure A/C compressor clutch engages when A/C switch is pushed On and blower speed selector switch is in any position but Off. If A/C compressor clutch does not engage, diagnose compressor clutch.
5. Ensure A/C system has proper refrigerant charge.
