Starter Motor: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove battery cable retaining nut and cable from starter solenoid.
3. Remove starter solenoid electrical connector.
4. Remove upper mounting nut and bolt, then the battery cable from starter motor assembly.
5. Remove lower mounting nut, then the starter motor assembly from vehicle.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
