Lateral Accelerometer: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable, then remove plastic retaining clips from parking brake lever bezel.
2. Remove screws at rear of bezel, then lift bezel out of position and disconnect electrical connectors.
3. Disconnect accelerometer electrical connector, then remove bolts and accelerometer.
4. Reverse procedure to install. Torque mounting bolts to 12 ft. lbs.
