Inspect
- Case (101) exterior for cracks or porosity.
- Case to control valve body assembly face for damage.
- Interconnected fluid passages for damage.
- Servo bore for:
Sharp edges.
Porosity.
All bolt holes for thread damage:
Heli-coil to repair.
- Cooler connectors (104) for: Proper torque 38 N.m (28 lb. ft.).
