Clutch: Service and Repair

1. Remove transmission assembly.
2. Remove clutch cover bolts, clutch cover, then clutch disc by holding flywheel stationary using flywheel holder tool No. J35271, or equivalent.
3. Remove input shaft bearing using bearing remover tool No. J34839, or equivalent.
4. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Install clutch cover by aligning clutch disc to flywheel center using clutch center guide tool No. J37761 and flywheel holder tool No. J35271, or equivalents.
b. Tighten clutch cover bolts to specifications, then install transmission.
