Troubleshooting Hints - Compressor Controls

PERFORM BEFORE BEGINNING SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS
1. Check A/C Fuse.
2. Check HEATER Fuse
3. Check IG-COIL Fuse.
4. Check that Blower Motor operates. Refer to System Check for Blower Motor and Heater System operation. Testing and Inspection
5. Check that A/C Condenser Fan operates. Refer to System Check in Coolant Fans for A/C Condenser Fan operation. Condenser Fan
6. Check that G102, G103, G201 and G202 are clean and tight.
7. Check that A/C System is properly charged with refrigerant. Refer to Diagnosis in Air Conditioning.
8. Before component replacement, check for poor connections at related component and in-line harness connector terminal connections.
