Brake Light Switch: Service and Repair
Brake Pedal Assembly:
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT 1.
Negative (-) battery cable.
2.
Stoplamp switch electrical connector.
3.
One locknut and
stoplamp switch from vehicle.
INSTALL OR CONNECT 1.
Stoplamp switch to vehicle, secure with one locknut, then tighten to
10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).

Stoplamp switch electrical connector.
3.
Negative (-) battery cable.
