Manual Transmission
Fig. 14 Intake Air Control Diaphragm:
1.
Start engine and run until cooling fan comes on.
2.
Disconnect and plug
air control diaphragm hose.
3.
Connect tachometer.

Check
idle speed with all accessories off and cooling fan not running. Adjust by turning throttle stop screw if required.
Expected result: 800 ± 50 rpm.
