Headlamp Control Module: Testing and Inspection

Retractor Control Unit Harness Identification:





Retractor Control Unit Input Test:





INPUT TEST
Remove 13 wire electrical connector from retractor [1][2]control unit behind left kick panel. Make all measurements at the control unit harness and note the test requirements for each step.


Retractor Control Unit Output Test:




OUTPUT TEST
Reconnect 13 wire electrical connector from retractor [1][2]control unit behind left kick panel. Disconnect 5 wire connectors from each retractor relay in the right front corner of the engine compartment. Make all measurements at the control unit harness and note the test requirements for each step.
