Cold fast idle is out of specification.

CHECK:
1. Idle Controls
2. Coolant Temperature Sensor (6)
3. Electronic Control Unit *
4. Throttle Angle Sensor (7)
5. Cylinder Sensor (9)
6. Intake Air Temperature Sensor (10)
7. Atmospheric Pressure Sensor (13)

NOTE:
Numbers in parentheses are the blink codes displayed on the back of the ECU.
* LED on the ECU is not on, or stays on without blinking.
