Prior to troubleshooting the speed control system, check No. 15 (10A), No. 24 (15A) and No 12 (15A) fuses in the fuse box and the No. 41 (80A), No. 39 (50A) and the No. 42 (20A) fuses in the relay box. If fuses are operating, ensure horn sounds properly. then refer to
Fig. 5 for troubleshooting sequence.
