Prior to troubleshooting the speed control system, check No. 14 (7.5A) fuse in the under-dash fuse/relay box and the No. 41 (15A) fuse in the underhood fuse/relay box. If fuses are operating, ensure horn sounds properly and the tachometer functions properly. Refer to troubleshooting sequence,
