Engine Won't Start

CHECK IN ORDER LISTED:

- Engine Control Module
Check MIL action (see Diagnostic Trouble Code Extraction). Is MIL coming on/are codes stored/is light on steady?

- Fuel Injectors
Perform Injector tests as shown for DTC 16.

- Ignition Output Signal
Perform Ignition Output Signal tests as shown for DTC 15. NOTE: if engine wont start, it may take 20 seconds of cranking to set a code.

- Fuel Supply
Main Relay
Fuel Pump
Fuel Filter
Contaminated Fuel
Injector Resistor
Fuel Injector

- TDC/CRANK/CYL Sensor
Perform Crankshaft Position/TDC/Cylinder Position sensor tests as shown for DTC's 4, 8 & 9.
