Without Scan Tool

Under-hood Fuse/relay Box:

1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
2. Remove the Back Up fuse (7.5A) from the underhood fuse/relay box.
3. Wait 10 seconds for the ECM to clear it`s memory, then reinstall the Back Up (7.5A) fuse.
4. Remember to remove the jumper wire when you are done extracting fault code(s).

NOTE:
- If the Service Check Connector is jumped, the MIL will stay on.

- Disconnecting the Back-up fuse also cancels the radio preset stations and the clock settings. Make note of the radio presets before removing the fuse so you can reset them.
